This policy only applies to the Softiny products or services of Ruiyun (Shenzhen) Intelligent Technology Co., LTD (hereinafter referred to as "Softiny" or "Us"). Softiny attaches great importance to the protection of your personal privacy information and will not obtain any permission information from you without your permission. Please read and understand the User Privacy Policy carefully before using this software.

We recognize the importance of user data to you and will do our utmost to protect the security and reliability of your user data. We are committed to maintaining your trust in us and protecting your user data by adhering to the following principles: Uniformity of Rights and Responsibilities, Clarity of Purpose, Choice of Consent, Minimum Sufficiency, Security, Data Subject Participation, and Transparency. At the same time, we promise to take reasonable security measures to protect your user information in accordance with industry security best practices.

I. How we collect information from cell phone users

Softiny may choose to authorize us to collect, store and use the following information about you in order to provide you with the basic and additional features of our products and/or services. If you refuse to provide us with this information, you may not be able to properly use the applicable additional features or achieve the functional results we seek, but this will not affect your normal use of the basic features of our products and/or services. This information includes, but is not limited to:

1.Log information

(1) is technical information that may be automatically collected by the system through cookies, web beacon, or other means when you use our Services, including.

(2) Device or software information that you provide only for security purposes to uniquely identify the identity of the user.

(3) Information you search for and view when using our Services, such as the search terms you use, the pages you visit, and other information you view or request when using our Services;

(4) We ask you for memory access to ensure the stable operation of the client. After you grant us read/write access to your device's memory, we read or write the required information such as images, files, and crash log data from or to your device's memory to enable you to publish information or record crash log data locally.

2.Mobile Phone Account Information

If we have set up account login and registration, mobile account information means information about your cell phone login account, for example, if you login to our services with your cell phone account, we will receive information about your cell phone number, etc.

3.Location information

When you enable the location feature of your mobile device through system authorization and use the offered location-based services, we collect and use your location information to allow you to connect to your smart device with the Softiny application; you can prevent us from using your location information on your cell phone by disabling the location service in your mobile device's system. The Connect Device function requires access to location, Bluetooth scan is required for the Find Nearby Device function, and Bluetooth requires a location request, otherwise the user's device connection will be affected.

4.Bluetooth technology

You can use Bluetooth features with Bluetooth permission, including device control, device status acquisition, device discovery, and communication with the terminal via Bluetooth. Please note that even if you have agreed to enable Bluetooth, we use Bluetooth for communication only in these scenarios: on the Home page and on the Device Control page. On the home page to detect devices and on the device control page to view the status of devices.

1.Services for you

（1）for identity verification, customer service, security prevention, fraud monitoring, archiving and backup purposes in connection with the provision of our services and to ensure the security of the products and services we provide to you;

（3）Software certification or upgrade of the management software

（4）Participation in surveys about our products and services;

（5）Other cases in which you have given your consent to the transfer of personal data.

2.Providing connectivity and configuration services for smart devices

（1）Business function one: Softiny APP and smart device connection.

To successfully connect your smart device to the APP software system, the Softiny APP requests Bluetooth permission from your cell phone to search for Bluetooth smart devices near your location. If you deny this permission, you will not be able to complete the following service to connect with your smart device.

（2）Business function two: Intelligent device configuration

In order for your smart device to work properly, you need to configure it. When configuring your device, the Softiny APP requests your phone's Bluetooth access to connect to your smart device. If you deny this permission, you will not be able to complete the wireless configuration.

（3）Business function three: using the functions of smart devices

When you use the features or services associated with your smart device, we collect the following information by product category to accurately associate the services.

(3.1) When you use the software to configure the unit's work schedule, including start time/end time, cycle repetition, spray interval and other parameter data, it is stored locally in the software system for easy viewing.

(3.2) When you use the software to configure device names, notes and other information, they are stored locally on the software system.

3. We will obtain your prior consent if we want to use information for purposes other than those stated in this policy.

4. Exceptions to Authorized Consent

Please understand that, in accordance with laws and regulations and relevant national standards, we do not require authorized consent to collect and use your user information in the following circumstances:

1 ) directly related to national security or national defense

2 ) directly related to public safety, public health, or an important public interest

3 ) in direct connection with the investigation, prosecution, trial, and enforcement of criminal penalties

4 ) when it is necessary for the protection of your life, property, and other important legitimate rights and interests, but it is difficult to obtain your consent

5 ) when the information collected about you as a user is disclosed to the public by you at your own discretion

6 ) Your user information obtained from lawful public disclosures, such as lawful news reports, government information disclosures and other sources;

7 ) necessary for the formation or performance of a contract at your request

8 ) necessary for maintaining the secure and stable operation of the Software and related services, such as detecting and correcting errors in the Software and related services;

9 ) necessary for the personal data controller to be a news organization and to conduct lawful news reporting;

10 ) when it is necessary for an academic research organization to conduct statistical or academic research in the public interest, and when the results of the academic research or description are made available to the public, and when the personal information contained in the results is de-identified.

To ensure that the software works properly, we may store small data files called cookies on your mobile device. "Sofiny" online service uses encryption technologies such as Transport Layer Security (TLS) to protect your personal data during transmission. We use encryption to ensure the confidentiality of the data; we use trusted protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks on the data; we use access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to personal data;

We take all reasonably practicable steps to ensure that unrelated personal data is not collected.

Ⅶ、 third party websites and services

Our products and services may also use or offer products or services provided by third parties.

Our Application uses statistics collected by the Firebase statistics service provided by Google Information Technology (China) Limited and crash logs collected by the App Center service provided by Microsoft (China) Limited.

Beyond that, no third-party services are used.

Ⅷ、 personal information about children

Our products, website and services are primarily intended for adults. Minors may not create their own user accounts without the consent of their parents or guardians. In cases where we collect personal information from minors with parental consent, we will only use or make that information publicly available if required to do so by a judicial or administrative authority, if we have the express consent of the parent or guardian, or if necessary to protect the minor. Although local laws and practices define minors differently, we consider all persons under the age of 16 to be minors. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a minor without verifiable parental consent, we will endeavor to delete the relevant information as soon as possible.
